In addition to all of the performances and lanterns,another part of the Lantern Festival is eating Yuanxiao are small round dumplings made from rice flour .There is a sweet or a salty filling .Sweet fillings have sugar ,nuts and so on.Salty Yuanxiao have meat or vegetables.Sometimes there is more than one lind o ffolling in a Yuanxiao.Today we still eat Yuanxiao on Lantern Festival.Stores work very hard to make their Yuanxiao better so people will buy more.
