my brother HL1450 - I am so glad I didn't pay for this printer, it does what I need it to do but it's not the most reliable of printers
I have a Brother HL1450 laser at home which I got for free (which is good as it's not something I would ever have paid for) which I've had for 4 years as well as a deskjet printer. At work I use a HP Laserjet 2200dn printer which is excellent for our networked office printing needs. I've always found HP to be a reliable make and if I needed something for lots of printing at home I could justify the cost!
