What determines common sense and do we all have it?

I just wonder on a day to day basis if we all have the common sense that the Lord blessed us with,or if a large few were overlooked. I came about these thoughts watching people young and old, rich and poor, and from all sorts of ethnic backgrounds. I truly believe that we started out OK because if those lacking started us out in this world we would not now be here.
For instance sagging jeans. Do some of these children and young adults realise what they are saying to the public when they walk around outside with their boxers showing. Also the street Pharmacists need not run when encountered by the police they may trip up and end up with a concussion to go along with their jail time.
How about pajamas outside after 10am. I sometimes journey to the grocery store and see varieties of slumber wear up and down the main street all day. I sometimes wonder if that person took a bath, not just today but anyday. I also see adults following that trend. I think this is the first generation in which the children are actually misleading the adults. Sad thing is the adults are eagerly willing to follow just to be hip.
What kind of common sense issues do you see or deal with on a daily basis?
