Do you still keep receipt after shopping???

Not at all.Infact I even say some shopkeepers to keep the bill with them.My parents dont ask me for bills for the things I have bought.I tell them I have bought this stuff and its cost was this much.But definitely when I beacome a parent,I will insist my kids to show me the bills for any costly items they have bought.

For bigger purchases, I still keep it for a while in case it needs to be repaired under warranty or exchanged because it is defective. For smaller things, I usually do enough to add the spending amount into our monthly spending report and then toss it. Those bigger receipts will usually stay until either the warranty of something expires or the end of the year after filing taxes.

Well, I do keep receipts for remembrance of what I bought for a certain day. And I really believe it is a must because just like what you said, it serves as a proof of you purchase in a certain store. I realize the importance of receipts because one time, I needed it for our financial report, but then it got lost....

hi..lynboobsy..i will keep the receipt after shopping till the warrenty ends.may be it is for 6 months or one year.i will keep in the box i kept seperately for the shopping reciepts.Receipts also helpful to exchange our newly purchased product if is not working properly or to change model

you should always keep the receipt as its help if the thing you brought is defective or faulty.
