Wow.. The oldest man living in the world is a japanese. A 111 years old man. Thats a plus factor to the japanese lifestyle. I wonder whats his secret?? Hmmmn..

Wow thats pretty impressive. I wonder too what the secret is. My husbands great grandmother is 106. She will be 107 this november I don't think she will make it to 111 though. She regretibly had to go into an assisted living home last year and her health seems to be declining since then.
