Windows or Linux?

i was a windows fan till 15th of this month .....i was trying out linux from 1st of this month as a live cd....i fell in love with linux ....man no virus..no firewall needed...very fast ...very smooth....wow man a lot to tell ...i will now recommend linux ....there is an issue ...it will be hard for regular windows users to jump to linux just like that...coz its a different os right...so a little time spend on internet can make u a linux geek....try it ...dont just keep sticking on to windows...u will regret when u try linux coz i did....i dont want my friends to do the same mistake...its really wonderful OS ...use Ubuntu ...coz its got a good online support community ...any errors u receive or any other help needed will be taken care of very very fast....

I've only used Windows between the 2. I have never used Linux and don't know if it's any good or not.

i use windows too.. have linux on a cd.. knopix , which when inserted in the cd reader and reboot the system, converts windows into linux..
