I'm not sure if they have this where you live but you could try Intense Pulsed Light treatments. It's very popular here in Singapore, and I've heard it's really effective! Not sure about the price, but it shouldn't be too expensive because the beauty salons here usually target working women.

You could try electrolysis but it would be costly and probably painful. I wouldn't worry about it though, it is just natural and if anyone doesn't like it it is their problem and not yours. The human body is beautiful in all shapes sizes and hairinesses.

Waxing does hurt lilke hell! I have tried alot of things. Have you tried Veet hair remover? It is for woman but it should work well on you as well. Maybe leave it on a minute longer? And to help keep it off longer you should try a hair miminizing lotion I bought some made by jergens and it was great and worked you will have to have help in doing this and have the lotion rubbed on everyday it also will soften the look of the hair after time and make it look finer and also thin it out well that worked for me. Well good luck.
