I like the fact that my bosses are so layed back that i can play on the internet all day long. I also get to run one of the departments where no one else knows what is going on. I also like talking to my customers on the phone for 30 mins about nothing at all and my bosses dont have a clue either. I dont get paid enough for all of the stuff that i do but i get other perks.

I guess it would depend on how much more money and what kind of work I would be doing? I enjoy my job here now and dont know that I would leave it unless i was offered a better position, with more money and less work to do.

For me, it seems as though I've got the same arrangement as you. I am usually here ate work, online talking to people and on myLot and we don't have a dress code. I think that would have to be my favorite part of the job, too. I don't know if I could work somewhere else knowing that I'm getting paid for this... hahaha.

That is sort of how I feel too, however the pay sucks and I know that because I have my degree and what I do I could be making at least another $5000 to $6000 more per year minimum. I really need the money more than being able to play on the internet, so I'm stuck between a rock and hard place.

My very favorite part of my job is that I get two months off in the summer. Of course, I usually need at least that much time before I can recover from the aforementioned job.

The best part of my job is the co-workers. I have a pretty good lot of people to work with in the trenches. The management is even pretty good. The board of directors suck the big one though. I also get to surf the net when we aren't busy. We are totally politically incorrect and we have no dress code. Too bad the pay sucks and so do the benefits.
