Surgery & money!!

My husband needs back surgery but doesnt want to get it due to the fact that he will be out of work and no means to make money. His income is of course out big income that pays for most of our bills. He didnt injure himself at work so he cant get workers comp. Does anyone know of anything that can help us out during our time of needs? I wasnt sure if he can get disability or anything like that. I would greatly love the help. Thank you, Keri
