how can i improve in using c sharp.

i have used c sharp for a long time,it is three years or longer. i found c sharp or dot net is easy when i started to use it , but after one or two years later ,i found it is not so easy ,there are so many skills that i haven't used. and if i want to develop a large program,there is many difficult, and i always do not very well.how can i improve in it.
