I adopted another puppy from our local animal shelter about 2 weeks ago and this little thing refuse to go to the bathroom outside. I can have her outside all day and all she'll do is pee but soon as i bring that little thing the house she wants to move her bowels. I feed her and after she eats I take her for a walk with m other dog(I thought if I take both of them and the little one see the older dog goes outside she'll do it HAHA all laughs on me) I don't know what to do anymore I'm at my last wit with her. Now she's not aloud in the house at all especially if shes not being watch. She goes on my stairs(that have carpet I've bleach disinfected everything under the sun to try to stop her from going to my steps. I thought the smell of the bleach and disinfectinate will mess with her nose. Another laugh on me. PLEASE HELP ME (shes mixed with chow n german sherpard.
