why are we so quick to judge other countries when we aren't even living there

Please do not presume to speak for me. I am an American and not part of the "we" of which you speak and neither is anyone else I know. I make no assumptions of any country or group of people. I don't know which planet you've been living on but in case you haven't heard, people ARE flocking here from all over the world and have been for a couple of centuries now. I think you'd be hard pressed to find anyone who's entire family came over on the Mayflower. Does "the great melting pot" ring a bell? As far as "whatever happened to helping your fellow human being?" goes... we are the most generous nation on earth. We send more help to other countries in times of need than the rest of the world combined. Where have you been? I'm sorry if you think I'm being rude. I fully believe that you have the right to your opinion, freedom of speech being one of our rights under the constitution. From a personal point of view, our country and our people get bashed quite nicely on a regular basis from people who have never been here or even met a single American in person. Reading a fellow American bashing our country just pretty much ticks me off.

It is not at all necessary to live in a country to know fully. In this modern age, we have lot of facilities available which provides overall informations about any man, country etc. Even an inhabitant of a particular country does not know fully about his/her country but a person living far from country, can know in detail about any place. So if anyone makes comments on any country that means he/she has some knowledge. Each and every person is free to comment, we should not mind that. Because we say anything Correct which we think is correct.
