In my case, almost 10 to 15 hours a day because I work as a web and graphics designer.

Hi,
When I am not in a class, I am on my pc approx 10-12 hrs per day (not by choice) I am a studying writer and business owner (recently ugg) all of it has to do with writing and the internet, however I find that getting away from my desk is the best for those moments when my inspiration is ka-put and I feel letargic.
I think that computers can be great for kids, however I also feel that parents should try to get the kids out at least one-two hrs a day doing something physical, just to keep the blood moving.
I have just now started walking at night again, and it makes me feel better. The computer can damage your eyes, cause back problems, headaches, lol. And, while I write all of these negitives, I sit here typing away, hahah.

Hi MigenKC. I work for an International Web/IT company here in Davao City. Learning Web designing is not by just learning the HTML and CSS codes itself but the creativeness of your webpage as whole. Learn to make good graphics.
I would recommend you read some of the tutorials from www.htmldog.com , www.pixel2life.com and www.webdesign.org because these site are really helpful for you as a budding web designer. if you want to have a free webhosting that is great you can subscribe to www.ifastnet.com. I use that before I bought my own domain. By the way , you're always welcome to response. ;-)

10-15 is much as its related to your job then its fine but dosnt this long stting have adverse effect on your eyes.
for me i sit only about 3-5 hrs but mentionng about my brother ...he is like a computer bug,4-5 hrs sleep and the left hrs on computer...eating ,studing or everything in front of the computer.
hard to believe even for me sometimes 20 hrs on computer....but as i see this everydqay its common to beieve for me.
