when other say" you are fat" , what you will response to him?

I have this experience , some one said " you are fat " to me directly.
and it happened on a schoolmate meething this year. we have a good meething about our school mate this Chinese New Year. and we have this kind of meething every year.
and when my school mate see me, they all said how fat you are. and I heard this one by one. ( when I meet them last year, I was 50 kgs, and when I meet them this year, I was 56kgs , so 6 kgs more than before ).
oh, my God, I could not stand it.
then when some one want to talk with me, I said, don't tell me I am fat, OK?
then they laugh and don't say that.
and I am trying to lose weight now.
if someone said " you are fat" to you face to face, what you will do?
how to response them ?

I am fat so I just smile... its the way they see me so be it... and its the truth..lols!
Bt i dont feel bad about it. Im not that fat though... my waistline is 28...so i can say im chubby...
Im comfortable with myself and I wont be affected by their comments... i can never please anybody... and my rules are as long as i do no harm to anybody then theres nothing to worry about.

i dont have this experience.i am always thin and smart.Even if my wait increased i wouldnt look fat and it is difficult to guess by others.Only i can understand that am fat and i feel that weight while am doing the work.everybody come and ask me how do you maintain your physicand whats the secret behind that....even i dont know why am like that may be it is by my jeans .If anybody come and say that you are fat..i will fell myself happy..

I haven't run into that problem too often, only a couple of times. Which is amazing because I used to be really huge. I've lost a lot of weight but I'm still overweight but a little more average for the area where I live.
There's an old joke you can use when someone calls you fat. Just tell them, I may be fat but you're ugly. I can go on a diet but ugly is forever. That usually shuts them up... LOL.
