Recently ive been having this problem that's of real concern - not in the health sense but in the other's perception sense. Normally we suddenly shake or jump when something or someone unexpected suddenly pops out of nowhere. But now it seems like i am doing that when i am also expecting someone. Like in the mornings i hear the door open and i know its my mum coming out but then when i see her in the hallway i suddenly shake as if i wasn't expecting her to be there. It is very annoying for me because it makes her think that i am up to something that i am not supposed to be doing. The exact thing happened at work with my boss a while ago. i was working and my boss comes up behind me and i shake - which from his point of view must've looked like i was up to something but i wasn't. and then there are the times when my friends tell me that i shook without me even realising it. Now it seems to be happening more and more now without reason. I know its psychological but i don't know how i can control it. In my past life i must've been a guard or something.

The symptoms which you described suggested me of deep hypertension , i know it because my friend also had the same problem and the doctor advised him complete rest and a outing for a week , you also can try for a vacation , but also check with a doctor .

ahh, thank you, yes it makes sense now - those few weeks i had exams and was really stressed out about them. They seem to have stopped now that i am on holidays.
