Kill those BAD people!

The people who commit such sins are mentally insane. Many such people are being killed by the public in disguise. Law also punishes the rapists severely.

Its a really sad thing for somebody to molest underage girls.its a menace to the society and i wonder when such acts will end.The practice is everywhere now

This is the result of our openness in society. I does not mean to say that it was not happening in the past, but was very very rare. We are adopting Western culture which is forcing few people to do such wrong act. The girls in age upto 14 are really innocent, if they are treated like this, where the society will go in future. It is high time to give stress on such hot topic. Each of us is responsible for good and bad things going on in the society. But generally we deny or do not accept the responsibility for bad acts. A small contribution from each of us may only eliminate this problem. If we blame each other only, then this will never be solved. We must start teaching from home. So that if a girl from our family faces such situation, she may protest or she is not abused by such evil minded people. This may happen with anybody, anywhere. let us join hands to prevent the innocent girls from abuses.

i would rather want such people to be given such a strict punishment that others would never forget it. killing the person would only relieve the person of his pains. hence he should be kept alive, given a punishment such that no other person dares to repeat the act.

Your idea is very polemic but I agree. I my country, some time ago, there was a peoopl's organization (Abakua) wchich killed such bad guys and everyone was terrified to do that kind of crimes.

ya u r rite, people should not be sent to jail rather they need to be hanged in public for such a offence and some thing has to be done so that someone else thinks twices before doing these things on someone else ...... and some strong rules has to be made against child abuse

Such things should never be tolerated and severe punishment should be given to such culprits.If they are handled to law,they will easily escape with the loop holes of law.

The Chinese used to have a very good punishment for very bad persons, they would tie criminals to a wooden frame in the middle of town, and everyday strip some flesh off them, it took ages for them to die in horrible agony. Perfect for such criminals. Last person to die like this to my knowledge murdered a member of the Chinese royal family.

That is horrible and wrong but I don't see the point in killing them but sever punishment is much greater let them suffer Don't put them out of their missery...

I think you are right one should kill them because they are the black spot in the face of community and they should be killed in front of people so that no one else try to do the same and rules should me made so that no one tries to do that and they should have fear of getting worst punishment.

Hi naadia! I too have seen and read sevaral caes of molestaion of young girls. Butt i do not agree with you that he culprits should be killed. When we cannot give life to someone what right do we have to take a life. I think the better option would be banning them from the community to the extent that they would feel guilty and regret over what they have done.

Yes he requires Capital punishment infront of the hundreds or maybe thousends of people so others may fear for doing this in future they will not even think about it ...........the man must be killed if proven guilty immediately other wise he may be saved due to law and maximum being exiled for few years The man made laws are crap but GOD made laws are real laws in which bad people will suffer more and innocents can get justice a true justice ........ No more trials no more money ........punishment on the spot ........

I think your intentions are good, , however I feel that capital punishment, where the criminal is killed is wrong. know many may disagree to this, but when you think about it people who have molested younger children are usually mentally insane; this is no fault of their own. Their pre-frontal cortex in their brain has been damaged; this may may have been because of parental abuse at a younger age or even an incident similar. I actually did a report on child-molesters in grade ten, and through this I have every reason to believe that these people just need some treatment, and need to be taught what is right and wrong. Besides, what is killing them going to do? It is just going to cause more violence. And as Gandhi once said 'an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.' So now instead of punishment after the incident, we should try to prevent it before it happens: by education.

same idea here. if they are found guilty, or caught in the act, they do not deserve justice at all. i mean, poor child, victims having no defenses to fight for themselves. the government shall be able to do this so people with such mental incapacity will be put to where they belong.

I too have read many news about these kind of abuses.These people dont even realise that they are small children.They dont deserve small amount of punishments like life time imprisonment and penalty rather they need to be hanged immediately when get caught by the police. I think the court of law should deal with these kind of cases in a faster period of time so that people who desire to make such crimes will fear.

I think that anyone who sexually assaults another person, youth or adult, should never be given the chance to do it again. It is a total act of violence and causes scars forever. My 13 year old was raped and I tried to have the police handle it. They failed miserably. I would like to think that they would handle this much harder than what they do. It is necesary to hammer down on these people and/or get them treatment. I do not know that treatment will work for some of them but they should NEVER get the chance to do it again.

Serious... guys like him must be castrated to prevent that to repeat because, when they get out the prison, they do all over again. In my Country, rapers and child abusers when go to jail are beaten bad by the other prisoners.
