I've had this problem since i was child it was alright then and less embarrassing.. How many of you have to make frequent visits to the loo and have to pass urine every 1 hour?? Please make no jokes and I'd seriously like to know this and if possible a remedy to this!!!! I have to go to the loo after every glass of water and even at nights maybe 3 to 4 times during my 8 hour of sleep and it's really very very tiring.. Do any of you have the same problem and have found a remedy or cure to it besides not drinking enough water or avoiding juicy fruits.. I know that 2 litre of water is necessary for our body so i take minimum 1 litre and eat a lot of vegetables and at times fruits.. What is the reason for this kind of illness..
