Friends relationship is better than Brothers or Sisters relationship??

I think friends relationship is better than brother or sister relationship. One nice person have said that friends relationship is just like the diamond and the brother or sister relationship is like gold.
Means the relationship between the friends is stronger than the brother or sister relationship as the diamond is stronger and precious than the gold. Just like the diamond if relationship between the friends get broken it is very hard to rejoin it. And if we are able rejoin it then also as in the diamond the crack remains for ever, there remains some cracks between friends forever.
Brother or sister relaitionship is just like the gold. If the gold breaks it can easily rejoined and it will look like as it was before without any cracks. So is the relationship between the brother or sisters. If gets broken the relationship can again be developed without any cracks.
I would like to know your opinion. Guys and Girls do share your opinions here.

In Hindu society, it is obvious we give top priority to immediate family relatives and their relatives. Only when the relatives are very unscrupulous, then we look at friends for help during times of crisis. By and large, if our attitude is good, people surrounding us will also be good.

Yes, I tend to agree with you that friendship would be a better proposition than brother and sister relationship. Because friendship cannot be compared with other relationship and sweetness which is found in Friendship cannot be found in other relationships.

Thought provoking! When I was young, I was closer to my siblings than I was to my friends, probably because I spent the majority of my time with siblings. As I have grown older, my relationships with my brothers and sisters have changed and I see them far less often than I see my friends. We all have our own lives and are very busy. When we talk or get together, the intensity of the relationship increases though and the bond is deep. Friendships can end, but blood relationships with brothers and sisters go on forever.

I also dont think you can say the relationship better than the other as all the relationship has its own glory and happiness and there relationship is more important to those who has that kind of relation...so if someone doesnt have any brother or sister it is hard to realize the value for that person. I have both of them ans several and i like both of them equally.....

u cant compare this two relationships,this relationships are better in their own way,this relationships are unique cant be compared,even a brother/sister can be your best of friends,

The relationship between friends' different with the one between brother and sister. We cannot compare them.
A friendship which is between people have the same ideas, age, or thought is easy to become friendly, open-mind. Thus, sometime we like to talk with friends more than with brother or sister. However, friendship can change. We can talk that "he/she is no longer my friend"
The relationship between brother and sister is more special, it's blood relationship. Sometime we get angry with our bro/sis but they always is bro/sis. We cannot change our relationship. We can't say "he/she is no longer my bro/sis" because since we was born, they was our bro/sis. Noone can choose bro/sis.
