I am from the Philippines, and I think it should be legalize here. No doubt, legalize it. I don't speak on behalf of the entire country, but personally and from what I have seen so far, it really should be legalized. Abortion here is being done illegally and it is very painful they say. It is not done in a clinic or hospital, so you can just imagine where and how it is done here in the Philippines. There were so many cases already shown here in National Television with regards to illegal Abortion done. And me, as a guy, feel sorry and have pity on those women (mostly young girls) who actually go through this, illegally. There are so many cases wherein girls get themselves pregnant and the guys tend to leave them afterwards. You can either keep it or leave it. Here in the Philippines, we do have many cases of Single Moms having to raise a child all by themselves, meaning without a husband/boyfriend to support them both morally and financially.

thanks to your response, i thought the only difference in philip and nigeria here is that the system remain illegal too; moreover, those who did it goes to private doctors to commit this illeaglity seemingly more save here to your country but when duly legalized, public hospital will also be taken part in it without any ado. and with more or seriouse enquiry.

Married couples also face unplanned pregnancies & may choose to terminate.
That abortion is killing is an opinion, not a fact. It's an opinion not shared or believed by everyone.
Family planning/birth control is of course a couples best first defense against unwanted pregnancies. However, there is no method of birth control that is 100% effective and safe, legal terminations need to be available for women who choose not to be pregnant after her BC method fails.

yes its a killing of innocent one. But it still end some people with A poor living cause most of their pregnancy were not wanted but need to admit it without control. well as a matter of fact let say it could be legalize but with some condition. also family planning could help reduce unwanted pregnacy.
thanks you so much to your contribution.

Abortion is not a legal. In the eyes of God it is evil. It is the most inhuman thing to do. Please dont propagate the legalization of this act. Every living thing has the right to live. I very much condemn it. On my personal note its a lowest form of denial.

yep its against the will of God. but some life without planning has also end up misrably. and i want you to take this case study: of a family with 2 female and 2 male, on an unfaithful day visited by group of robbers who forcifully raped their female child to pregnant. in this case , should the family leave an illegitimate child to their 17 years old girl? what is the parent agreed the pregnant to survive and the invected innocent douther/girl refuce? i hope here are the reason why we need legality but based on sertain rules. thanx to your contribution

"really i never see God but i beleive in his existence. and its clearlly writen in the holy bible that one moust not kill. knowing that the issue of abortion is all about killing of a living being in the blood?"
I too have never seen God, but believe in his (or perhaps her) existence. I'm not a Christian though, so why should I be forced to live by what's written in the Bible? Further, my understanding of science & fetal development lead me to believe a pregnancy is not a life/human/child until there is some reasonable chance of viability, and development of major organs. Even if I could agree that what's written in the Bible is a reasonable set of rules to live by, I don't see how a commandment about "killing" applies to terminating a pregnancy.
