Machines decisons the judge is a computer and the rules are feeded to it the judge has not humanity, no humaniterain considerations, one the truth and law is given importance no bride, no money game, no political game. The rule and law are to obeyed without looking the person backgroung or his power.

well i must appreciate the feeler thrown but in its practical efficacy there would be nothing more ridiculuous than it.have you ever heard of judges making laws under the garb of interpreting it and do you then think machines would be able making laws.let me tell you there is in every law a wide discretion conferred upon judges and sound exercise of discretion depends upon adapting it to the changed circumstances.it is also that such a discretion has perforce to be given.when the indian penal code was drafted somwhere back in 1800 can you conceive it would have been possible covering cyber crimes under it.and even today when you frame law in any of the sphere you have but to confer discretion upon judges and it would depend upon the judge how to exercise his powers.never ever such a discretion can be feeded into computer.read the criminal statutes throughout the world and you will find in every of the penal provision a wide discretion bestowed .as an example we can take a theft.punishment provided for theft may stretch from a single day to three years under the indian penal code.how can you leave it to computer to give the needed punishment. it is only a human that can stretch the punishment from a day to three years depending upon particular circumstance.like for example a person stealing bicycle will get a month punishment ,that stealing a car will get say six month imprisonment. appreciation of evidence ,a very important area is inconceivable to be comprehended by computers.a man was last seen with the deceased,he commited the offence or not -will you leave it to the better opinion of computer. to be short with hundreds of years of applicabilty of laws while the humans still have disagreement how do you think of feeding rules into a machine.
