So here's what happened to me

Five days and counting to the day that Carl's gets paid, it is a Sunday Morning and I am not at all feeling well. I am dizzy, nausias and my heart feels like it wants to jump right out of my throat... I kept telling my body, Body you are not ill and you are not experiencing any side effects due to no medication. Usually this would work and usually I can go for a period of 5 days without my medication, but not today. It was only the second day without the meds so what is going on.
With money being very tight and much tighter than usual this month I did not go and get my meds renewed knowing there was no money for it.
By Sunday night 8pm i was having a panic attack and had to call a friend to rush me to the hospital. I could not believe this was happening... for two and a half years I have not had one and now over something so stupid. I felt ridiculous.
Anyway after having had one again after so long made me even more scared. I went to work but just could not hold out... I needed to get home and sleep off the meds they gave me in hospital. Fortunately the doc booked me off for 3 days to recover and my Manager said it was fine to go home for the rest of the day.
I slept the entire day away and recovered sufficiently to come to work today... I hope they stay away now, but it is the tingling sensation in my face, the constant dizziness and nausia and the pounding of my heart that really got to me... I just could not help it and my head becomes all funny inside and I feel like I am going mad. But I survived.
Too weird, I thought I was over it all...

Gabs thanks so much! It was refreshing to hear from you. Yes I am doing so great - like nothing was wrong at the beginning of the week. I do appreciate your sincerity.
Take care! What illness do you have and I hope that you will have a stunning day!

I know exactly how you feel. I suffer from an anxiety disorder and have panic attacks also. I landed in the hospital in May because of one. Only difference is, I have a bad heart so it put me in the hospital. I make sure that I have my meds filled no matter what. I hope you get to feeling better and get your meds taken care of. good luck.
