Moscow ranks as world's priciest city

I have just read a news about the rank of world's most expensive city.Moscow ranks the first,NEW YORK ranks the second,South Korea's Seoul ranks the third.New York and Los Angeles were the only two North American cities to rank the highest top 50.What do you think this passage? Maybe it ignore Shanghai? or Tokyo?PLS share ur opinions...

Generally I ignore these types of lists, unless I need some comic therapy. They are usually partially bunk, some fact, with some creative math and speculation built in.
It don't mean a thing...

Well, as i live in Moscow i can say that this city IS expensive. I ahven't been to other cities in that list, but i know that Tokyo is a very expensive city too.
But what i'm sure in, NewYork, moscow and Tokyo are the most expensive cities in the world.
