i have ben living with my boyfriend for almost 4 years. i know he is an alcoholic, but of course he does not think so.

Confront him when he's sober.
Confront him with family and friends when he's sober.
Leave him.
You can't cure an alcholic. They have to do it and staying with them when you know there is a problem-- and they've been given chances to change, just turns you into an enabler.
