The site is legitimate, but I'm not sure how much stock I put in their reviews. If they're talking about update speed, it's inaccurate. If they're talking about detection rate, it's still inaccurate. PC-Cillin is one of the worst in overall detection rate; according to the AV-Comparatives, the only well-known product that's worse is OneCare.
I've also looked at their firewall reviews before. Outpost cheats on leaktests; everyone in my field knows this. ZoneAlarm lets most badware in, then stops it when it tries to access the operating system. At this point, the decision is left entirely to the user, with only a cryptic alert to go by. Very few people can answer correctly, and ZoneAlarm's popularity in spite of this helped the Melissa virus spread.
BlackICE is #10 on their list, which happens to be one of few firewalls that will block threats at the TDI and NDIS layers of the protocol stack. This firewall doesn't do as well in the leaktests, but it is a hundred times more likely to keep a novice safe online. The botnet worm outbreak in October was a big scare. ZoneAlarm didn't protect everybody from these worms (SQL Slammer, Stack Bot); BlackICE did. I know three hackers personally; all three of them use BlackICE.
