Good and wise eating can have a direct effect on your health and beauty because health and beauty are correlated. When eating you should go in for colorful food like Red, Orange, Green and Yellow as they are full of antioxidants which kill the free radicals (Killer cells) in the body besides they can do a world of good for your health and beauty.
The following are the foods that you should include in your diet and try to include as much variety as possible to get the best possible result from the food you eat.
Red Food:- Beetroots, berries, tomatoes and kidney beans They control anger and irritability and they are good for the skin, the kidney and the bladder and give a boost to the muscular system keeping it well toned.
Green Foods:- Includes bitter gourds, gourds, grapes, capsicums, cucumbers and all green leaves. These foods are excellent for the clearing the digestive system for clean eyesight and good hearing they also help in maintaining healthy and glowing skin and hair.
Yellow Foods: Include all yellow dals, bananas, pineapple, corn, yellow capsicums etc. They are excellent for the proper working of the stomach the liver and the nervous systems, beside they promote healthy teeth, skin and hair.
Orange Food: Includes mangoes, carrots, egg yolks, oranges, a quash, muskmelons etc. These foods work as a barrier against pollution in the atmosphere and the ultra violet rays of the sun. They also lift up the mood and prove excellent for the working of the circulatory system and tummy.
White Colored Food: Includes milk and all dairy products, radishes, turnips, potatoes, onions, white dals, - proves as calming agents in the body reduces stress and kill insomnia.

Hi friend siddhinfo, you have given a very good information and i think you have studied a lot on this subject. thanx for this information. i am a vegetarian and i fully agree with you. i too keep on telling everyone what you have written but people say that non-veg is too good and eating one covers everything. i dont argue much as i am married to a non-veg loving family. everyone except me loves non-veg dishes. and i dont even know how to break an egg. i can cook all the veggies and a variety seeing there nutritional value. i prefer chappati also of different or mixed flour so that fibre content should be good in whatever goes in.
it is good to read that someone else too think and believes that it is so good to eat different variety of vegetables and in different combinations.

eating healthy foods for me is not for beauty alone but for staying here in earth for longer period of time without suffering from pains on our body or any hassles from disease. if we are free from sickness or any body disturbances then we can enjoy life fully and move without any limitation that we already have arthritis or any else... keep healthy and beautiful always.

Wow! You have really done your research! I am impressed! I have been transitioning into a vegan diet, mostly for health reasons, and am having to learn more about fruits and vegetables and what they do for the human body. Thank you so much for posting this information! It is very helpful!
