Best Internal Martial art

There are a lof of internal martial arts in china. Some of them are Bagua (pa kue), Xing Yi (Hsing I), Taichi (Taiji) etc. Would any one tell that which is the best amoung this. Am asking your openion. I am not asking which kungfu is the best kung fu. But if you can point out the differences, unique benifits etc, it will be really appreciatable... Please have soem time filling your reply.
