how can I work around a port 25 block?

My ISP provider, Comcast, blocks port 25. I have an email program for maintaining my optin list that requires port 25. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You can check with your ISP for any alternative otherwise you might need to to re-asign a valid port for your mail server.

Comcast will not unblock it. How do I reassign a new port? Will the new port work with a delivery rate software? thanks for the suggestions.
