Deadley snakes for pets?

I don't know how people can have deadly snakes for pets! My boyfriend is dying for this rattle snake, but i can barley be around the ones we already got! Plus we got a family two boys, so what if the damn thing gets out? I'm very scared for him to bring it home. so if any of you have one for a pet or have any advice on them please let me know!

I don't have any snakes nor will I ever. I don't think creatures such as snakes should be pets. I think they should live free in their natural habitat. Why can't people be happy with a tame animal and not have to have an exotic. It isn't fair to the snake.
