I am not sure whether or not your husband can get an account. Did you give credit to those web resources? Because my understanding was that it's okay to use other sources, including web resource, as long as you listed them as sources.

Wow that is not cool. You can write anything as long as it is in your own words. I don't think you can copy and paste any info from another site. You can use other sites to get info and ideas. But when you write your article, it must be in your own words.

It should be fine to use other web resources for research, as long as you aren't plagiarizing the sites you got the information from. Be sure to give proper credit to the sites. As for your husband, I would think that they would allow him to have an account, but I'm really not sure. I don't see why they wouldn't unless he is doing something wrong with his account.
