Any suggestions for headaches?

I constantly have headaches, and though I take aadvil, tylenol, or whatever, it never really gets rid of them all of the way. It seems like I always have one though, some days worse than others, but the pain is always there. I know that they are home rememdies for a lot of ailments, and I was wondering if anyone knows anything that might help a headache? Thanks in advance for any help!

I have the same thought as someone else that you should definitely go to see a doctor. Headaches can be a numerous amount of causes some of which can be very hazardous to your health. Not to get you worried, because I suffer from Migraines and have yet to find a cause which is only good because that means it's nothing major. I definitely think the key is going to the doctors, because they can also give you prescriptions that might help. Your diet is something else that could be cause. Caffeine is a major problem with headaches. Chocolate, Coffee, Tea, Soda...etc. The Doctor would also be able to tell you this and help you try to determine the cause.

I suffer from migraines and when it is really bad I'll use prescription medication. When it is just so-so I'll take Excedrin. I know it has caffeine, but when your head hurts, who cares? Also, I've found that tying something really tight across your head, like a bandana helps control the pain. I can't hold my head together, but sometimes it feels like SOMETHING has to. Good luck!

The first thing I would do if I were you is go to a doctor, in case something really serious might be causing the headaches (if you haven't done that already). Also, you might need glasses or stronger glasses, as vision difficulties can cause headaches. I haven't heard of the exact product that the Canadian commenter mentioned, but I know there is something available here in the states called Head-On, which you may have seen TV commercials for. You should be able to get it at Walgreens or someplace like that.
