I think Munich is one of the nicest cities in the world. We have all those nice Beergardens, a really nice clima ( not to hot, not to cold) the Alps are very close, sometimes one can see them.
The English garden is one of the biggest parks in the world, it´s bigger than centralpark in NY or hyde park in London.
And not to mention the great variety of beer.
What´s your favourite city?

Nice you're proud of your own city. I am too.. I'm proud of Davao city. Well its the third largest city in the whole world, I don't know the updates if it's still... hehe... The weather too, seemed so inhabiting because of its fairness. It's not too hot and not too cold.. and we have lesser calamities. Ever since I was a child, I never experience stormy weather, hurricanes and other disastrous events. It is because our city is sorounded with gigantic mountains, isn't it amazing? it's like designed to be protected... but the government officials are the ones that I don't like.. extremely corrupt, dirty politics with summary killings during elections... "BUT" our city, "DAVAO" is lucky and added with security with our favorable MAYOR... He's a great RULER, "ASTIG" as what I can describe him with our dialects, and that means "COOL", "GREAT", "UNDEFEATED" --haha just like in a boxing...
I could say that I'm very well satisfied with DAVAO CITY.
It's a nice place to live... and yours too... MUNICH, I'm thinking of gettin' there now.. :)

Oh Wow man you are definitely proud of your beautiful place. I have traveled through Germany and Austria and I love these places because they are so so clean. I cannot think which is the most beautiful place but I do agree that your town is beautiful I must say though that I like Thessaloniki in Greece also. It has a lot of character and historic buildings..Here in the U,K I love Bath. This is also an Ancient Roman City with beautiful buildings and lovely houses. My dream is to go to China next, so when I go there I will tell you which city I like best there. In France I liked Lyon as it was very quaint and old fashioned.

Yes you are right.I´m very proud of beeing a Bavarian. It´s not so easy in germany.Because being proud to be a German always has a bad taste like beeing a nazi.It changed during the Worldchampionship now it´s alright again to be proud.
You say that Germany and Austria are very clean, that´s right. But in a way it´s also boring.
And we live in a Police state.
You can´t walk without beeing controlled by the police.A very good friend of mine is from Thailand. He wears dreadlocks. So when ever we walk through Munich we get controlled.
I hate this fact.I feel like a criminal, when they controll me.

I think Munich is a very beautiful city. I stayed in an old castle that happened to be a youth hostel. I also liked places near Munich like Eagle's Nest in Berchtesgaden. The view over the surrounding mountains is breathtaking. I saw a shimmering blue lake far below the towering peaks. King Ludwig's castles are stunning, like that looks like a fairy tale palace.
One of my favourite cities is Sydney, Australia. I love the beautiful harbour withe the white sails of the opera house and the old gray coat hanger bridge. The botanical gardens are delightful with all the friendly parrots.Others I adore are San Francisco, Dubrovnik, Prague and Budapest.
