Have you bought anything from e-bay?

Yes i have brought stuff from ebay. I use ebay most of the time when i want to buy stuff and most of the time when i do buy from ebay its a lot cheaper than buying from the shops

There is always a chance of getting cheated. It will seriously depend on the rep of the person selling the item. It will depend on the items that you buy directly from ebay if there are any guarantees. I myself can say I haven't been cheated out of anything from ebay so I would say it's pretty safe. That's from my own experience. Hopefully it helps some.

Yes,I too have brought many items from e-bay.I regularly visit e-bay to see wheather their is somrthing new and good for me to take.I pay using my virified paypal account for to item I buy.After you pay for a item to the seller it's the responsiblity of e-bay to safely exchange money for items you purchased so its 100% safe to buy any thing from e-bay.If then also you do not get your item from e-bay you can complain it on e-bay and they will take quick action in getting you item purchased safly to you.

I have bought some things from ebay, a few came not as described and I had quite an argument with them, but my money was never returned so I left negative feedback. but majority of goods I received were OK, since then I only bought from the same sellers, never new ones, unless their ratings are 98 - 100%. Some goods they said have buyer protection guarantee and seller has their own protection too, but I never pay attention as to which ones they are and what are the requirements.

I have bought hundreds of items from ebay and have only had 2 bad experiences. There is always a chance you will get cheated, but this is why there is a feedback system. By looking at a seller's ratings, you can see how trustworthy they are. As far as guarantees go, that is different with each seller and you have to ask the seller before putting a bid on their item. I think overall it is safe site to purchase from. I've found a lot of great stuff on ebay that I could never find in a store. You know, I havn't bought or sold anything from FEE-BAY in a long time. I just havn't had the time and frankly I think the fee structure has somewhat sucked the life out of the whole thing. Unless your getting this for dirt cheap or stealing things then selling them it's almost impossible to turn an honest dollar.
