Do you give directions using your hands/arms?

Have you ever tried to give directions to someone without using your hands and/or arms? I have tried it many times before by putting my hands in my pockets while giving directions, but without restraint my hand would pop out and start to wave around!
Try this ... while you are making small circles in mid-air with your left hand (clockwise), lift your left leg from the floor and start to rotate your foot anti-clockwise. You will find that your hand will immediately start to rotate anti-clockwise as well!

I do give directions with my hands. I think giving directions with ones hands, helps to stress what is important and people can better understand what we are telling them.
Of course I use my hands to talk most of the time....
