what are the benefits of fish oil? is it only for our eyes as it is said to be a good source of vitamin a

The fish oil is very good for your health have much vitamin for your eyes so used but I dont like haha

fish oil i hear is good to help combat acne, not a full proof plan but it does help. accutane is a better supplement, especially for a severe case.

Some ppl say it's good for intestines and for the heart also.
