I've got a migraine!

I've got a migraine that would kill a race horse! And, yet I'm here for a few minutes to finish up some posting for the day.
We spent some time together this evening watching the America's got talent show, and well, let's just say, it didn't help my headache!
It's not bad, really. But, having a headache didn't help.
I hate days like this, that are terrible and perfect all at the same time.
Everything's right in my world, but inside my body it all feels wrong. The perfect moments, spoiled by the imperfect body. Everyone's smiling and laughing and I want to play along, but I can't.
I wish I felt more like enjoying today. But, I don't. I'll go to sleep and my headache will be gone tomorrow. But, for now, I struggle on.
Please, someone tell me that you had a better day than me?

A trick for migraines got told to my husband and it worked for him. you take one tylenol and one advil and lay down in quiet for about 15 min to a half hour. Almost every time it takes his migraine away. We watched Americas got talent also. I can't believe they let that guy shakira go on to the next round. I think they just did it to get the ratings up..people will watch just to laugh at the guy. All in all my day was pretty good. We went to look at a minivan we will hopefully get approved for. Right now we have a jeep, but we have a 4 yr old and 2 yr old and in about 5 weeks we will have another bundle of joy, so we need a bigger car lol.

I had an ok day, it wasn't wonderful yet it wasn't horrible either. I'm writing to give you a good remedy for your headace. This tip works with clogged sinuses, migranes and simple headaces alike.
Now, when you have a headace, put both hands in a huge tub/bowl/something of really cold water. If you don't have any really cold water, put tons of ice into some water b/c it is critical that the water be cold. And, your hands need to be submerged into the water past your wrist.
Try to soak in this cold water for as long as you can. As you are soaking, you will feel your headace ease up and your sinuses begin to clear up. You should even be feeling better in under 5 minutes. You can repeat if you can't stand the cold water or if your headace is a stubborn one.
Good-luck and I hope you feel better.
