Better to cancel paid to read, click, traffic exchange + stick with google?

Do you think its better to just forget paid to read, click and surf programs? What about traffic exchanges. Do you really get good hits and leads or sales or signups to your programs from them? Having google ads on pages with these programs is against their policies Im just thinking if its better to cancel all my paid to programs and just keep google on all my pages. if i get enough hits to google i can earn $0.50 from 1 click automatically and i dont have to do anything. then i could concentrate on making my sites more popular. how do you find this? do you think itd be better to just stick with google and forget the paid to programs. although theyre a good idea if you get referrals if you dont you can only make a few cents
