do u have a fatty liver?

hi, friends. my doctor told me i have light fatty liver and advised me to eat more vegetables and fruits and not to eat fat, sugar and honey. do u have a fatty liver? how do u control ur food habit? and what's on ur plates usually?

I am sorry to hear that. Just have a healthy diet and it won't be a problem any more. I don't have a fatty liver, as I'm skinny:) I enjoying eating, but it's hard for me to gain weight anyway.

No i don't have fatty liver but yeah once my cousin get this and his doctor suggested him not to eat meat and just go for fruits and vegetables and also not to eat much and do some proper walk in order to get it back to normal and after doing this for 4 month he is ok now so you should do your doctor suggest you.

hi, billabadmash. I'm very very glad to hear about ur cousin's case. I do what my doctor suggest me now.and I hope i'll be ok in a half an year. thanks. I'm very self-confidences about my healing now. :)
