Need good foot clinic

Does anyone have any recomendations on a good foot clinic in the Washington area? Im having major heel problems, and I have worked for a Podiatrist before, and I know what the problem is, I have Plantar Fascitis. And I want to make sure that im not growing Neuromas on it.
