I've been to an apple store, and I absolutely LOVE OSX. It's very nice, and the design of everything is clean. The next computer I ever buy is going to be a mac.

I think that the title should be "Windows or OSX" ;)
I like OSX, but I do not own a Mac so I work little with it. It's very attractive in terms of UI and user experience and also very robust.
For now I work with Windows Vista. Microsoft has made great progresses since Win95 and I believe they are in the right path, but pay a big price for supporting a lot of manufacters (something OSX does not support, they have fewer,A LOT fewer hardware to support so they can control more the driver creation process having them quite perfect), so there are some problems with crashes, etc. Security is being improved and they are learning from their mistakes, better later than never. :)
All in all, I think OSX is superior, but Windows does the job for the average Joe and is a MUST for software developers if they want to make applications for the great public.
