how can we handle depression

lately i would just cry feeeling so depress.Iam so down emotionally and financially .My kids studies are at stake that i need to settle the duesat the end of this month.I have three kids and Iam the only one supporting them .I have no one to run too . I feel like giving up I feel so low. yesterday , i can recognize myself crying instanly . I cant escape the problem. I need your advice and help
