I usually have breakfast and its good to have heavy ones. Unless you are in diet you must have ur diet plan for each meal. I have bread, toasted or not. Then, eat it with jam, butter spread or peanut butter. ;) I drink choco milk and also a teaspoon of honey for my health. ;)

For breakfast, we usually eat rice, eggs, bacon or hotdog, etc. I also eat breakfast with milk and chocolate, bread with fillings. I never skip breakfast even if I am in a hurry because it is this meal which gives me energy at work. Like you, I'm always on the run, but I wake up early to prepare myself, eat breakfast before going to work.

a fast forward breakfast is a cup of cereal with milk, nuts and raisins or with a pc of banana or apple. sometimes i can have hotdog sandwich or bread with melted cheese and a glass of milk. or when really out of time i will just grab biscuits and yogurt drink.
but on weekends or no ofc schedule i can have breakfast or brunch with rice, egg and bacon or with pork tocino, corned beef and scrambled egg.

cup of coffee, apple, kelogs flakes..fresh milk. but sometimes i prefer rice with egg and fresh milk. :)

I usually drink a glass of coffee and eat an egg. Strange combination ha?! :)

i used to have a cup of coffee go along with bread or cookies.
sometime , pancake with sausage, or half boiled eggs. that all mine favourite dishes in the morning.
i don't like to take too heavy early the morning, because i will feel like keep on going toilet...

not really for everyday. yes! i do agree that! eggs are an important source of protein, essential vitamins and minerals and can make a significant contribution to a healthy diet.
but is not good for over-take! especially those have high pressure problem.

Oatmeal with milk, eggs, tomatoes, milk or chocolate malt, bacon, corned beef. I make sure I have a good store of energy in the morning to get me through the demands of my busy work.

Eggs and bacon, a cholesterol shocker to the heart. I am trying to trim down this month but the smell of bacon and egss in the morning usually melts that resolve. Also, i love pancakes with lots of maple syrup and a cup of latte. I just wish that I could try and be a vegetarian, i keep thinking about what those carrots and cabbage can do to my skin, not to mention my weight.. :)

Hi kkaren. In my breakfast, I usually eat breads at least three to four pieces with cream cheese fillings. Sometimes, I used to eat rice with fried eggs or cereal corn flakes in the morning. Of course, my breakfast will be incomplete without drinking a cup of hot chocolate or tea.
