mine is compatibility...there's a better chance for you and your partner to have a strong connection when your alike in many ways..

What matters most is we both know how to communicate with what we feel towards things. In that way, whatever differences we might have we can always talk it over. Open communication makes the relatioship lasting and worth having (,")

Aside from compatibility, I would want my partner to be flexible, willing to learn, willing to compromise but not to the extent of compromising our values.
