The bible contains many things hard to understand. Such understanding can't be had by just anyone; it is a gift of God.
Who do you think is the wise man as prophesied in the book of Daniel...Dan.12:9-10 says, "Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end."
"Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried: but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand...Have you met this wise that shall understand in this last days??? I finally found Him....dare!

It is obvious that Daniel was talking about Jesus Christ the son of God. All the Bible leads up to that point and what it says about the wicked is so true. The World is getting worse and worse. People really do not care anymore and it says it will get worse, that those who kill Christians will feel that they are doing the world a favor. I have read many of the discussions by atheists and God-haters and no matter what you write about God, you will not get an approval. God is the farthest from their minds because God has not entered their hearts.

Based from the Bible it is not Jesus Christ because as stated there "the wise shall understand". Of course Jesus is knowledge and power of God as Bible says, so no need for Him to be attributed as "wise that shall understand" because He is the source of all knowledge and power. And also the time element as stated in that verse was at ends of time. Obviously, Jesus did not appear at that specified time (ends of time would be His come back)...
