Do your friends on mylot respond to your discussions?

I have deleted a few friends, i have found some people take advantage of being someones friend here on mylot, i try to respond to my friends discussions finding some of them done respond to mine. I thought this to be extremely RUDE!!! They put me on their friend list so someone else answers their discussions shouldnt they do the same courtesy and respond to yours? Does anybody else find that this happens to them too?
