How are you going to make this EARTH a better place?

Well all know what can make earth a better place. Just do everything you can and it will surely make a change. Just do everthing and God loves people who loves HIS creation. God bless.

We (myself and my partner) have set up an organic vegetable plot and compost heap in our back garden and grow as many vegetables as we can. We reuse our old carrier bags and have invested in some extra strong carriers so that we don't use any of the ones they give out at the store. We use energy saving lightbulbs and walk instead of taking the car whenever we can. We don't leave the television on standby and turn most electrical items off at the mains before going to bed. Oh and we are planning to grow an apple and plum tree.

I recycle plastic bags, or use cloth ones. I reuse empty containers for other things. I try to avoid using too much power. Hang wet wash, use a fan instead of ac.I try to be conscious of waste, and excess packaging. I buy at local farmer's markets, and in group purchasing clubs. It seems to me that what saves me money also saves the earth.

I'll start with myself. keep my room clean, use only what I need, be gentle to animals, and tell the others to do the same as well.
