Wow they even have signs for perverts, I have only seen signs in our city like "Beware of pickpockets"

yeah to me signs for perverts is beyond normal for me :). i read somewhere that in taiwan lust is also a problem.

that's a nice one. but more seriously, perversion is one of the greatest sicknesses of mankind which can hardly be cured. its a basic instinct that the affected can hardly do without. i guess, instead of rectifying them its easier to be aware of them, as you have rightly said.
