Hi again, I think that women should have a balance betwen cleavage and legs- you shouldnt do too much of both. Because you will get noticed for the wrong reasons, and maybe even get insulted. Maybe these women feel they have to dress like this to get noticed to make themselves feel desirable. One of my friends sometimes during the summer wears a mini skirt and a revealing top, but she does not care and I think she does it as her boyfriend likes it or because its who she is and wants to express her individuality this way. Though personally I think a balance is better.
