If it's something else that is causing him stomach problems, then he might have some allergies to foods you are eating that contain either lactose or fructose (found in dairy products and in some fruits). Again, you need to discuss this with your son's doctor.

If your sick because of a virus or bacteria--then yea you can pass through milk--but if its just like something you ate, then i'd say no. Have you called your pediatrician to see what you should do?
