The weather here in our country is very hot. There are times when I would have prickly heat on my skin. Its very itchy, like an allergy. Im controlling myself not to scratch it, I dont like to have scars on my skin in the future. What can you suggest, the best cure for this?

Use prickly heat powder! Or just take a cold shower when you feel hot, and use moisturizing lotion afterwards so you don't dry your skin out with the extra baths.

I usually think that loatian makes that kind of itch worse. But if it works for you than use it.

I tried it. The itching would subside for a while, but it will keep on coming back.

In my country, there is some kind of powder "prickly heat powder" available. I think Thailand is the country that has manufacturers produce such powder. After putting it on, you'll feel really cooling and good. When I was young, I used to out on a lot of prickly heat powder or else I will end up with rashes.
