Presently, there are more websites that are popping up. Heard the Mcfee announced that new websites are popping out and these websites are meant to steal your passwords and sell your account.
Inn your opinion, what constitutes to a safe and secure website for users to use?
What are the ways to deter, prevent or hinder hackers from coming into this websites?
Additionally, what measures do we need to take to protect our computer from viruses?Do chip in a comment or two on these issues.

mcfee! omg mcfee sucks..lol
I use active virus shield from AOL.. it's kaspery realy... a truste virus protection tool.. ;)
mcfee,Norton and others they are tools that look like virus stoppers.. but they are'nt.. they might block some things but they are'nt as safe.
Just cuase they are big don't mean crap.. I trust software that i know. If you think it's not doing what it should. then it's not.. anyways, yup a hell lot of virus/trojans sites are coming up. That is why i trust only sites i find on search enginges most likely on the first or second page of the list. ;)

lol, thanks for your comment.
When i read the news, I would sometimes take the news with a little pitch of salt.
Nevertheless, i felt that more people are more educated and also exposed to computer and internet. With the ever growing trend, there might be a possibility of scam websites are popping up.
I won't rule out the possibility of some search engines might also be a trojan horse in disguise.
Perhaps the preferred method is just be wary of any unfamiliar websites and minimise downloads or even surfing on those websites.
